SUMMARY: Provides resident care as required and general clerical support and organization to the department, through timely and well organized processes
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Unity Living Center
DEPARTMENT: ULC Resident Services

ATTRIBUTES
High School Diploma.
One year of clerical experience, preferably in Health Care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with residents care as assigned.
Responsible for organizational processes of the department, including the following: telephone triage, verbal and written communication, appointments and resident transportation, organizational calendars for such things as lab work, supplies to be ordered, etc.
Assists leadership in interdepartmental communication such as obtaining test results, lab work results in a timely manner.
Monitors physician schedules, consult appointments and other resident appointments.
Maintains of when appointments are due.
