In this position you will be responsible for developing and revising full architectural plans, managing custom redraws for specific projects, and coordinating updates to ensure accuracy across all affected documents. Additionally, you will maintain marketing materials, attend prototype plan reviews to provide recommendations and leverage your expertise in CAD, Revit, and other design tools to support residential design projects.Responsibilities:Develop full architectural plans based on specificationsProcess, create, and manage custom redraws for certain projectsRevise architectural plans as redlines and coordinate updates to all sheet affectedAttend prototype plan reviews and make recommendationsMaintain floor plans, elevation, and options for marketing materialsQualifications and Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in architecture is requiredA minimum of 0-3 years of residential design experience is requiredIntermediate to advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite i.e., InDesign, Outlook, Word, and Excel are requiredEssential knowledge and understanding of residential construction drawingsStrong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills are highly preferredBenefits and Perks:Salary: $65,000 – $72.000/yrMedical Benefits401(k) Retirement plan with MatchingPaid Time Off Your New Organization:
