**Job Summary**
The Residential Assistant is accountable for providing and coordinating care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, establishing a sense of belonging, usefulness and purpose in the daily life of residents.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ High school diploma preferred.
+ Dementia training preferred.
+ Must be 16 years of age or older.
+ Experience in Long-Term Care setting involving hospice, housekeeping, dietary, laundry and activities is preferred.
**Work Schedule**
+ Day Shifts: 8:00am-3:30pm; PRN as needed, casual requirements per department policy.
+ Occasional weekend
+ Occasional holiday
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
