The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and ABA practices working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role will be under the direction of a supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection. What We Need: + RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) - Preferred, required after 6 months. + This is a hybrid/operational role - candidate will support and interact with consumers in a Residential Group Home setting. + Identifies needs for training and develop training to staff on behavior interventions and strategies. + Document behavioral interventions and outcomes through the use of individual progress notes. + Assist with gathering information and data for assessments. + Establish ongoing communication with psychiatric and mental health providers. + Serve as an analyst to the Interdisciplinary Team + Monitor implementation of Behavioral Support Plans. + Maintain a flexible schedule, to accommodate the varied needs of the program. + Maintained behavioral documentation in electronic health records and other tracking systems. + Coordinate with the medical department on behavioral issues. + Attend meetings for behavioral-related issues. What You Need: + ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is preferred + Minimum of 6 months' experience working in Human Services and Developmental Disabilities. + Experience with adult DDD population and DDD regulations preferred. + Experience in implementing behavior modification techniques. + Experience in the development of behavior modification strategies preferred + Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills. + Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions necessary.
