(8) DSP’s or Residential Behaviroal Health Specialist’s Needed


Start: Any Monday they are active $23-$25/hr  All Shifts 24/7 Facility: 8 hour shifts: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 Male Only Role: First and Second Shift Open: 7a – 3p and 3p – midnight! Could be till 11 but he mentioned midnight to me when discussing this! Female Only Role: First, Second and Third Open: 8-hour shifts 7-3, 3-11, 11-7! 4 Openings per role will confirm with client LNA’s a good place to start based on information provided on call, DSP as well this is a Behavioral and Medical DSP basically! Job Description on position! We will get more information by end of the week but let’s get prepared for a big push here!      

The Direct Support Personnel (DSP) assists individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges with growth and development of interpersonal skills and Activities of Daily Living in the home, community or residential setting.  The Direct Support Personnel works directly with the resident and provides supports for activities of daily living and adaptive skills.  The Direct Support Personnel should follow the guidance of the resident/ patients Individual Service Plan. 

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or its equivalent Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable  Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  Must be at least 18 years of age
