Pay Rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour DOE
New Hire Sign-on Bonus $2,500.00
General Maintenance and servicing operation throughout the facility to include but not limited to: plumbing, basic electric work, painting, carpentry, snow removal, ground, preventive maintenance and similar functions. This position has rotating On-Call responsibilities for urgent situations. Under the general supervision and work direction of the Director of Building Services performs a variety of general maintenance and repair to maintain buildings, equipment, fixtures and grounds in proper appearance operating condition.

Required Qualifications:
18+ years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s License & Good Driving RecordPreferred Qualifications:
Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.Varied interests and personal connections in the local community.Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of your team. Experience of three (3) to five (5) years of progressively more responsible duties in the building maintenance trades is desired.Must have good analytical and judgment skills to problem solve while completing a variety of assignments with minimal supervision.Knowledge of Massachusetts building, plumbing and electrical codes is desired.Thank you for your interest in Seven Hills Foundation!
