ABOUT THE ROLE: The Residential Care Advisor provides direct service to adults with serious mental illness. Service provision consists of teaching all appropriate living/social skills in order to enhance the person’s served level of independence or helping the person served maintain his/her skill level to live in the most independent setting possible.
