Job details Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager in Fargo, ND to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Direct Hire Opportunity ... Salary $55-75k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
-Plan, direct and coordinate construction projects according to the specs
-Oversee the construction project, scheduling and coordinating and take control of necessary matters
-Ensure that the project is completed within a specified time and determine the best source of construction materials
-Monitor and direct the progress at the construction site such as delivery of materials, construction tools and equipment
-Ensure the safety precautions are adhered to by the all workers on job site
-Proficient in MS Office products

Working hours: Various Shifts Available
