Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage Staff, hire, recruit, train etc. 2. Monitor maintenance 3. Track results of programs 4. Assist consumers with action plans 5. Work as a substitute (extra stipend income), on-call as needed, support staff in emergency situations 6. Serve as member of the Residential Management team, represent Resident Department on committees, collaborate with other departments 7.
