Geriatric ServicesJob Summary Providesassessment of clients appropriateness for a residential living facility incooperation with the program manager by reviewing written referral materialandor personal interview with potential clients and families Counselsassigned clients to provide skills of community living and life managementObserves residents in their self administration of medication Collaborateswith other program staff by attending departmental meetings to promote optimumclient care Transports clients as needed to necessary appointments Mayprovide and or assist in food
