What you will do:
Supervision of staff. Create and deliver employee performance reviews that both recognize accomplishments and provokes skill growth. Lead supervision meetings, and ensures agenda and minutes are maintained. Consistently monitors job performance of direct reports with close attention given to medications, appointments, documentation, and fiscal oversight. Completes audits and monitors action plans as needed. Ensure that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Human Rights policies. Act as liaison and ensures constructive and collaborative communication with DDS Area offices, community resources, families / guardians, and other provider agencies. Meet regularly with Director 24 hour supports for supervision and review of pending issues. Consistently meet all regulatory requirements from DDS Certification and Licensing including scheduled reviews. Manage and monitor all program spending and relief usage. Present status reviews at monthly budget meetings. Provide after hour back-up as scheduled. Ensure all required documentation and incidents are entered into HCSIS within required time frames.Who you are:
You are a compassionate professional with a minimum of a bachelors (masters preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with Developmental Disabilities population as well as current or prior supervisory experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a current Home/House Manager to continue their growth and development in a leadership role or a current supervisor with Developmental Disabilities experience. You have the ability to work within a team, as well as independently. You have advanced interpersonal, leadership, communication and organizational skills including proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
