For further information and/or to apply to this opportunity, please contact Kathryn “Casey” Hill at 813-371-7135 or email your resume to kathhill@amergis.com + CPR/CMT preferred but not required. + Interview process : Phone interview with their HR Director, followed by an in-person meeting with their HR & Executive Director. + EMR : iCareManager – facility willing to provide training if needed. + Parking : Free parking on-site at headquarters + Dress Code : Business Casual + Required/Preferred Experience : + 2-5 years of experience in a DDA setting or people serving field. + 2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent. + Prior/recent experience working within an organization that supports individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. + Prior/recent experience in a residential/group home setting. + Prior/recent experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting. + Educational Requirement : A bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Human Services, Drug/Alcohol, or any additional degree in related field or comparable professional experience. + Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Ability to effectively supervise a large staff in a dynamic environment effectively. + Ability to effectively communicate with staff and the people we support. + Ability to create connections staff, people we support and their families. + Understanding of best practices in supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. + Strong handle on the English language including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. + Strong attention to detail and strong time management.
