Job Overview:

Responsible for the development of residential construction documents and other related Architectural Materials. Mentor less experienced staff through the product development process

Day-to-Day

Must have basic skills and knowledge in drafting of:
Architectural Redline Markups. o Architectural Plan Revisions.
Draft working drawings from design development sketches.

Ability to apply all company drafting standards and processes to daily work.
Ensure quality control on all work completed.
Self-monitor quality control on all work produced.
Develop complete construction document sets for city submittal and bidding purposes.
Maintain construction documents as assigned.
Responsible for the more technical aspects of drawings.

Salary Range: 55-60k Based on Experience
