Job Title: Residential Facility Manager (FM) Location: Vista, Ca Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour Start Date: ASAP Schedule 1: Sunday: 11:00pm – 9:00am Monday: 10:30pm – 9:00am Tuesday: 11:30pm – 9:00am Wednesday: 11:30pm – 9:00am Schedule 2: Monday: 10:30pm – 9:00am Thursday: 1:30p – 10:00am Friday: 2:30p – 11pm Saturday: 11:00am – 11:00pm Hours: 40 hours per week Age Group: Children & Adolescents Job Summary: The Residential Facility Manager (FM) plays a crucial role in overseeing the documentation and administrative reporting duties related to facility records, ensuring compliance with facility and Community Care Licensing policies and procedures. The FM upholds core program practices and standards, supports behavioral objectives, and assists in directing the team to maintain a safe, positive, and effective environment that proactively addresses the needs and crises of our youth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintain and participate in ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and counseling/teaching environment under the direction of the PS. + Supervise youth, using positive discipline and appropriate professional boundaries. + Implement behavior modification and crisis intervention techniques effectively. + Ensure all program schedules are followed according to program standards. + Oversee the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans. + Respond promptly to behavioral issues, adhere to safety standards, and encourage appropriate living habits. + Listen and problem-solve to provide a safe, secure, and positive environment for each resident. + Maintain and update house supplies, office equipment, petty cash, end-of-month reports, logs, and reports according to licensing and organizational standards. + Ensure house procedures and property (including the van) are maintained and documented in accordance with New Haven standards and Continuous Quality Improvement protocols. + Support the PS in ensuring the house meets licensing standards and HIPAA requirements. + Conduct and report regular house audits. + Participate in facility house meetings and attend all required staff meetings and agency trainings. + Demonstrate mastery of training materials and associated skills, keeping all required certifications current. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. + Supervisory experience.
