We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as a Residential Field Specialist to work in support of Efficiency Maine’s residential efficiency programs. The Specialist will play an important role in making sure these programs are delivered effectively and in a manner that “drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.” The Specialist's responsibilities will include finding ways to improve the programs, collecting best practices to share amongst a network of hundreds of Trade Allies, and to promote quality installations and conducting various tasks in support of other Efficiency Maine pilots, studies or evaluations. You will act as local program and company representative to residential customers. Conduct virtual/on-site energy efficiency inspections, conduct weatherization and heat pump post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
This is a hybrid remote/in-field position that requires the use of a personal vehicle for company travel , but you will be reimbursed for the mileage.
Ideal candidates will be located in Biddeford, Saco, Portland, South Portland or Westbrook Maine.

Conduct quality assurance reviews (on-site verification's and electronic review of field data entered into program database).
Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products.
Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.

High school degree required
Relevant industry technical certification/training preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal communication and reporting skills
Detail-oriented with an ability to balance and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong ability to adhere to strict standards
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting

$23.80 - $35.80Currency
