Job Description

Our client is a local plumbing, heating/AC, and HVAC company based in the Williamsport, PA area. They are a smaller, family-owned business currently seeking an experienced residential plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. This role involves cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as providing guidance and advice to customers on the most appropriate plumbing solutions to meet their needs. The plumber will be responsible for plumbing systems from installation to end-of-life, including diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and conducting warranty and emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipmentIdentify maintenance risks on equipmentDiagnose and repair plumbing issuesClean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty servicesPerform emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyKeep daily logs and records of all maintenance functionsComply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirementsAssist with customers' queries

Work Environment

The role involves responding to calls on residential buildings to perform routine or emergency repairs. At times, the work can be labor-intensive and may require working on ladders, lifting 20-30 lbs with outstretched arms, being in attics or very climate-extreme areas, and lifting over 50 lbs. Candidates will be provided with a company vehicle equipped with tools and equipment.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.
