Monday-Friday 8a-4p(hours may vary based on program needs). SUMMARY:Responsible for the overall quality management coordination of residential services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Performs assigned residence management responsibilities in the absence of the manager, as directed department director/assistant director. + Responsible for the review, approval, and preparation residential habilitation billing; including the completion of monthly tracking reports + Responsible for the review and approval of assessments, IPOP’s, site Plans of Protective Oversight. + Attends Life Plan meetings and special purpose meetings as assigned and, in the absence of a residence manager. About the ARC’S Residence Program: In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24-hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents.
