THE FIRM

A highly regarded law firm whose property team acts for a broad range of clients including HNW and developers.

THE ROLE

The role will cover all manner of residential property matters including:

Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchasesConveyancingRemortgagesBuy to letEquity releaseTransfer of equityProbate salesAdvising on rights of way, restrictive covenantsJoint ownership and trust deedsLicense for alterationsHelp to BuyAuction sales/purchasesLeasehold enfranchisementNew build sales and purchasesOffplan purchasesLease assignmentsLease extensionsDeeds of variationNew leasesShared ownershipFirst time buyersDeeds of gift/ gifted deposits

THE PERSON

Solicitor 6+ years' PQE with experience in new builds and working with HNW clients, to head up a small team.

Must have worked at a firm handling high value transactions with HNWI, and have good academics.
