What this job involves:

We’ve got an opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team onsite in Newstead! In the role, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day property management.

A snapshot of the role:

End to end property management, including dispute resolution and QCAT submissions and hearingsEnsure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislationOversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspectionsCommunicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property related mattersTenant liaison – handling queries, complains and needs of tenants
