Our client, a growing residential property management firm, is looking to add a Residential Property Manager to one of their properties in Malden! They are seeking an outgoing, welcoming personality and someone who has 3+ years of experience with leasing and property management.

Additional responsibilities include responding to tenant emergencies, enforcing community rules, and providing regular updates to property owners to foster tenant satisfaction and ensure smooth operations.The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and sales experience, and familiarity with facilities coordination preferred.
