Overview A Residential Regional Director will develop, organize, and provide leadership for a group of IRAs, serving as a mentor for assigned staff, and setting a tone for the program which is respectful of staff, service recipients, and others. Salary Range: $68,000-$75,000 Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring that all relevant laws, rules, and OPWDD regulations are complied with.
