Conduct and document monthly head-to-toe assessments of each residential client in their home.Maintain communication with agency management and the client’s support team, reporting and documenting all changes in client health status and needs.Ensure needs for staff supervision/delegation or specialized instruction are conducted and documented.Complete the Monthly Service Log detailing time spent performing Residential RN functions each month.Attend Individual Support Plan meetings and transition/discharge meetings for residential clients.Act as an advocate for persons served and complete other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri.Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Must have and maintain current Missouri license as RN and maintain good standing.Must have current certification in CPR and First Aid.Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.Brightli is on a Mission:
