Job Responsibilities include:
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing and promoting new businessFollow up with prospects throughout the sales processMaintaining a relationship with the Realtor communityWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team membersUnderstanding the loan processAbility to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is requiredQualifications2 or more years of new-home sales experience is a plusStrong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in picturesA proven background in prospectingAbility to develop and execute successful marketing strategiesEnergy & enthusiasm in their workProactively follow up with prospective customersCommitment to act with IntegrityProven closing, as well as negotiating skillsFollow through with commitmentsAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individuallyStrong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
