Position Summary:
\nDowntown Honolulu’s premiere luxury residential condominium is looking for a full time or part time
Residential Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude and exercise a
high level of service. We are interested in candidates that can problem solve, multi-task and respond to many different situations with tact and professionalism. An essential part of the position is to ensure
that safety and security protocols are consistently followed. Must be team oriented and display a
positive, respectful, service-oriented attitude towards our residents, guests/visitors, co-workers, and our company.
Essential Job Duties:
\n\n Provides luxury, first class, personal customer service to all residents, guests, and contractors. \n\n\nWelcome and acknowledge each resident and guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendlygreeting, using names when possible. \nAddress service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Anticipate service needs
including asking questions to better understand needs and watching/listening to preferences
and acting on them whenever possible. \nSchedules use of the common element amenity spaces and freight elevator for movement of
bulk items or move-in/move-out activities. \nMaintains full knowledge and understanding of building amenity spaces. \nManages and controls guest parking and loading dock area. \nReceives, distributes, sorts, logs, and notifies residents of all incoming parcels and packages. \nLogs and inventories all lost and found items. \nResponsible for upholding a clean and neat work environment of shared front desk and security \n\n
office spaces.
\n\n Provides a safe and secure environment by supporting house rules, regulations and ensuring the \n\nobservance of applicable laws.
\n\nConducts property patrols and inspects assigned premises for fire and safety hazards, lights out \n\nof order, good housekeeping, and potential threats to life or property.
\n\nMonitors surveillance system and investigates any suspicious activities with proper follow \n\nthrough to authorities and management.
\n\nAssist during emergency situations. Respond to the scene of any accidents and determine if \n\nemergency aid is required.
\n\nInvestigate disturbances in accordance with association policies and procedures, including \n\nsummoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident.
\n\n\nAssists management with accurate documentation of all reports, records, and data. Assist inpreparing incident reports (water intrusion, theft, accidents, physical hazards, fire related
incidents). Summarizes and enters reports into the computer for future reference. \n\n\n Requirements\n
Minimum Qualifications:
\n\nEducation and Experience: \n\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with at least one (2) years’ experience in hospitalityor condominium security. Customer service background desired. \n\n\n\nAbilities: \n\n\nAbility to read, write, type, give and receive oral reports. \nComputer literate, type 25 wpm, report writing. \nThe ability to multi-task and effectively communicate in person, over the telephone \n\n
lines and portable equipment.
\n\nEffectively and cordially communicate with management, residents, resident guests, \n\nvisitors, co-workers, and law enforcement authorities.
\n\nAbility to work under minimal supervision and maintain a consistent and reliable \n\nattendance record.
\n\nAbility lift and/or move a 75-lb. person in emergency situations. \n\n\n\nCertification and Training: \n\n\nCPR, First Aid, AED certification, Current State Guard Card are highly desired. \n\n\n\n
