Your role and responsibilities

This Residential Strategy and Business Analyst will be focusing on growth of the residential product portfolio for all segments. The Residential Strategy and Business Analyst will be responsible to assist the VP – Residential Sales in developing and maintaining the overall strategic plan and risk analysis for the Residential Sales Team, assist the operations of the residential support employees, and develop tracking mechanisms for all facets of performance of the Residential Sales Team and its team members.The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote)This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division.You will be mainly accountable for:• Work closely with VP - Residential Sales and other Residential Sales Team leaders to update, edit and maintain the strategy and guidance documents for the team as a whole and each of its sub-groups.• Work closely with Residential Sales Team leaders and in collaboration with the Marketing and the Pricing teams to assist in gathering market feedback and organizing advice on new product launches, pricing strategy, and future product needs.• Work with the Sales Excellence team to improve processes and remove barriers to execution• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and operations teams to align residential sales initiatives with broader business objectives.• Develop and/or maintain reports of performance, activities and opportunities in various programs (e.g. SalesForce, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.).

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical industry or something similar (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 12 years of applicable experience); Additional business education and/or certifications preferred.Experience with sales CRM or Salesforce and Power BI or similar tools.Travel required is mostly within the United States, likely 10% as needed.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
