Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. The Residential Supervisor will manage student activities, supervise staff, and oversee campus operations in partnership with the Assistant Residential Director.
Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire Residential Counselors to excel.Manage scheduling, staffing, and ensure smooth daily operations.Foster staff growth through training, feedback, and development plans.Champion safety, behavior management, and therapeutic environments for students.Oversee medication administration, inspections, and campus security.Drive recreational programs and Community Integration Plans.Ensure strong communication with students, families, and staff.Uphold professional standards, policy adherence, and documentation accuracy.Step in as Campus/Team Lead and address program needs as they arise. QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year in human services, or Associate’s Degree with 2 years in human services, or 4 years of experience in human services.Physical requirements may include (but are not limited to) bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting/standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.Must be comfortable utilizing Safety Care for physical behavior management when necessary.Must be at least 21 years old.Must have a valid driver’s license.Ready to make a difference?
