As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing daily program activities while offering crucial emotional and social support to our patients. What's Available:
Primarily weekend shifts, days, PM's, nights and weekends requiredCasual/on-call schedule averaging 15-20 hours every 2 weeks
What you will do:
Provide support to patients through counseling sessions and strategiesParticipate in 1:1 counseling sessions as well as in group settingsWork closely with clinical supervisor regarding patients any concernsAssist with transfer and discharge processesTransport patients to and from program activitiesDocument necessary information into computer systems
What you need:
Associate's degree in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.BLS for healthcare workers1 year experience in a healthcare settingValid driver's license
