The Resin Handler is responsible for cleaning material equipment and preparing material, resins and colorants for production. They also ensure that all material supplied to production, is compliant with established quality and customer requirements. ...
AIR CONDITIONED FACILITY!

The opening is on 3rd shift, $19/ HR! ***Must be able to train on days for 2-3 weeks.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain inventories of all resins, colorants, and materials.
-Coordinate material supply with production demand. Communicate delays or problems to the shift supervisor immediately.
-Mix colorants with materials according to established procedures.
-Load material and stages additional material for production at the vacuum load stations. Disassembles, cleans and reassembles equipment
-Performs basic maintenance on the vacuum loading system, and other equipment and notifies maintenance when performance inconsistencies occur.
-Operates industrial truck and performs inspections as required by OSHA standards.
-Maintain all documentation, such as inventory levels and operating procedures using ERP system and Daily Management Boards.

Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and utilize software as needed.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Previous inventory experience.
-Previous forklift experience.
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
-Ability to stand and walk frequently. Can also reach above head and power grasp.
-Ability to stoop, kneel, couch, climb or crawl.
-Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally move thousands of pounds (with assistance).
