Work Location Springfield Campus Department Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services Hiring Range $13.50/hour Department/Employer Operating Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM How many hours per week are required? 20 hours per week - Flexible Description of Primary Duties The primary duty of the ResNet Software Developer is to develop software to increase the quality of life of residents and staff of on-campus housing. Developers work as a team to resolve issues and implement features in new or existing applications. The Web Programmer Analyst assigns tasks and duties to the Software Developers as needed. Required Qualifications •Must have working knowledge of computer operation
•Familiarity with at least one procedural, object-oriented, or functional programming language (Python, PHP, C/C++, Java, Haskell, etc…)
•Ability to work on a team
•Experience with source control is preferred
•Willingness to learn is required
