Resolution Capital Execution Need (RCEN) Forecasting Leader C15
This position is a part of Citi’s Resolution Capital Execution Need (RCEN) Forecasting team within the Capital Management organization of Citi Treasury which is a key contributor to the firm’s Resolution Planning program. The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of forecasting methodologies of regulatory capital and regulatory capital ratios for Citi’s operating Material legal Entities (MLEs) under stress and in resolution, to estimate the RCEN requirements of the MLEs and to continuously monitor the prepositioning of capital by MLE against RCEN requirements. The role will report to the Head of Capital Stress Testing. **Key Responsibilities Include:** + Leading the RCEN Forecasting team and coach / develop talent within the team. + Owning the production of RCEN results as part of ongoing monitoring and as part of the annual resolution planning process. + Owning the design and production of management reporting materials to support the review of the RCEN results and the monitoring of capital adequacy for the MLEs. + Designing and implementing process controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of the RCEN results. + Maintaining RCEN forecasting methodologies and engaging with Model Risk Management (MRM) to complete model validation. + Designing and testing system enhancements in collaboration with the Technology team. + Producing process documentation in compliance with the firm’s standard. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. + 15+ years of relevant work experience. + Prior experience in Capital Management, Capital Stress Testing or Liquidity Management. + Strong knowledge of financial reporting including Balance Sheet and P&L. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong analytical skills, control mindset and operational risk awareness. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with senior audience and to conduct difficult conversations / negotiations. + Excellent project management skills. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Balance Sheet Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Long Island City New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $170,000.00 - $300,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
