Responsibilities Work pantry station by preparing salads for guestsControl quality and consistency of all food servedEnsure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to serviceEnsure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basisRequired to learn all menu items produced by assigned stationMaintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelinesPerform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
Qualifications Basic prep cook experienceSome restaurant/hotel experienceBasic knife skills and food identificationMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per dayFlexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to obtain and mantain a valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card.
Pay: $18.00/hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
