Resort Manager
**Description:** The responsibilities of the Resort Manager include overseeing the daily operations of hotel to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling.This leadership role will play a key part in defining, establishing and maintaining our guest experience. The role has a broad set of responsibilities and decision-making authority. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with other department and division heads to achieve results. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications:** Preferred experience with 5 Star Hotels & Resorts in a luxury capacity of delivering outstanding guest experience. Including but not limited to Front of House Experience such as Front Office Manager, Guest Experience, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Spa and/or Recreation. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.ยท Must have flexible schedule Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data Prioritize and engage in multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be detailed in your approach and thorough in your follow up in both action and communication Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required and ability to generate concise professional presentations, documents and communications Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work cohesively as part of a team.
