Resort Services Receptionist

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and provides general information to customers.  The Receptionist may work in many areas within but usually are assigned within Admin and Human Resources. You will report to the Manager as Assigned.

Location: Durant

Schedule: Regular/Full-Time - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $14.18 /hr

Wage access is an option for this position.

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will answer telephone calls to screen and route calls to the appropriate departments and staff; take messages.

2.       Communicate with customers or associates to communicate information to include answering questions,                         providing clerical assistance, and transmitting information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile                       machine.

3.       Provide information about establishment, such as directions to the facilities, location of departments or                            offices, associates within the organization, promotions, and events, or services provided.

4.       Maintain records, reports, or files.

5.       You will use computers to enter, access, scan, and retrieve data.

6.       May greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to                specific destinations.

7.       Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.

8.       Associates assigned to specific department will have specific responsibilities to that department; i.e. Human                      Resources, assist walk-in applicants or use software to dispatch slot staff to machine locations.

9.       Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirement:

·         Prior receptionist experience

·         Knowledge of administrative systems such as managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and                   other office procedures and terminology

·         Apply oral or techniques

·         Apply excellent customer service in telephone communication

·         Ability to remain calm during multiple incoming calls and
