We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Delivery Coordinator to join our Operations and Delivery Team supporting the portfolio delivery of JFS projects on Sellafield site. The successful candidates will become part of a respected and ambitious company’s contribution to a delivery partner venture engaged in the whole life development and implementation of infrastructure improvements across the site. 
The successful candidates will be flexible, knowledgeable, and willing and able to function both within the team and independently as required. 

Key Responsibilities include\:

•    Produce monthly resource plans in line with business strategy plans.
•    Oversight and management of Workforce Planning ensuring detailed forecast information in line with business plan.
•    Recruit resources as and when required in line with portfolio demand.
•    Support the HR consultant in managing grievance/discipline issues as well as redundancy procedures (as required). 
•    Assist the HR consultant in managing the craft employee Performance and Development Review (PDR) process.
•    Comfortable with supporting meetings with Trade Union Representatives.
•    Responsible for all on boarding and off boarding of employees.
•    Chairing weekly/monthly resource meetings.

Essential Qualifications & Experience\:

•    Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations. 
•    Previous experience of managing and coordinating teams. 
•    Site Supervisor/Manager Qualification or equivalent. 
•    IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
•    Experience of Human Resources processes and procedures as well as supporting HR consultant in managing grievance/discipline issues as well as supporting redundancy procedures.
•    Experience and understanding of working to unionised working rule agreements (CIJC & NAECI). 
•    Experience in resource management, talent acquisition and interview processes.

This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
