Site Name: Warsaw, Poznan Pastelowa Posted Date: Feb 19 2025 Resource Management Operations Reporting Senior Manager The Resource Management Operations Reporting Senior Manager will be responsible for the reporting of resource management data, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful analysis to support decision-making across GSK's R&D organization. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including Resource Managers, PPM/DDAP and functions, to ensure the effective delivery of resource management information and continuous improvement of RM reporting tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on resource management data, including demand, supply, actual hours, and supporting portfolio data Ensure reports are fit for purpose, answering necessary business questions and providing insightful analysis Collate and analyse data returned by functions, providing actionable insights to support resource management decisions Work closely with Resource Managers and Resource Management Leads to develop a consistent approach for requesting improvements to RM tools and reports Act as a point of contact for the PPM/DDAP reporting team on behalf of the RM function, ensuring change requests are included in the change control process and prioritized as necessary Lead the continuous improvement of RM tools and processes, utilizing resources from across the R&D organization Develop and lead a framework that enables continuous improvement in RM reporting tools and processes Develop communication and training materials associated with Resource Management principles, processes, and tools Lead the delivery of training sessions to ensure stakeholders are well-versed in RM processes and tools Preferred Qualifications: Significant experience in R&D with relevant experience in implementing global resource management frameworks Significant experience with various data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Spotfire, PowerBI) Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and methodologies to report and investigate data Ability to design data and visuals effectively for audiences at varied levels within an organization Proven ability to operate at multiple levels across the organization and successfully achieve complex business outcomes PMP or similar certification is desirable Self-directed and highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership of key objectives Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required Why GSK?
