Resource Management Specialist

As a Resource Management Specialist, you will work closely with our Trust Team to ensure the optimal allocation of resources, monitor team performance, and support project success. This role involves understanding resource needs, managing staffing levels, and assisting with coordination to ensure project delivery is timely, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.

Job Responsibilities  

Collaborate with the Trust Team to assess resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming audits and assurance engagements. Ensure the right skill sets and resources are available for each project.

Monitor resource availability and utilization, balancing workloads across the team to optimize efficiency and prevent overallocation.

Work closely with team leads and managers to assign the right resources to projects based on skill set, experience, and availability.

Maintain accurate records of resource assignments, manage schedules, and report on resource utilization and capacity. Provide regular updates to leadership on resource status and any potential gaps.

Serve as a point of contact for the Audit & Assurance Team to address resource-related concerns and ensure seamless communication between resource management, project managers, and team members.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve resource management workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance team satisfaction.

Ensure that resource allocation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of  2 years experience in resource management, project coordination, or a similar role in a professional services or audit environment.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Familiarity with resource management software (e.g., Microsoft, Workday, or similar platforms) is preferred.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $67,200-$95,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
