The **Resource Management – Sr Analyst** will be responsible for a broad range of activities to support Resource Management and business stakeholders. This position will work closely with global Resource Managers and Business Operations and will report to Resource Management Lead in India. The role and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to below and may vary based on our overall priorities and strategy.
+ Perform daily review of Salesforce Opportunities to check for following:
+ Missing pricing tools
+ Date changes
+ Opportunities with past due dates
+ Accuracy in project information in Salesforce & pricing tools and work with Scope Owners/PMs/Project Support as required
+ Raise and track incidents in ServiceNow for incoming requests
+ Load resource plans and forecasts in Workday from pricing tools in Salesforce after thorough quality checks
+ Regularly reach out to PMs/Scope Owners to check on project extensions and get accurate information updated in Salesforce and subsequently forecasted in Workday.
+ Assist Resource Managers with:
+ Maintaining worker forecasts & team rosters based on onboarding, transfers, etc.
+ Follow up with resources to update forecasts due to PTO / Holidays / Absence
+ Adding certification courses/training to worker forecast while also actively working with Certification teams.
+ Tracking and auditing employee skills/industry details in Workday, if not updated, follow up and ensure completion.
+ Additional tasks that may arise per Resource Management priorities.
+ Reporting:
+ Support Resource Management with both scheduled and on-demand reporting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
+ Maintain consistency in reporting standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the reporting process.
**Qualifications**
+ At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in business operations, resource management or finance.
+ Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business/Operations
+ **Understand basics of Resource Management processes**
+ Ability to effectively communicate across all levels to address challenges.
+ **High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
+ Experience in a team environment
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and demonstrate attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ **Willingness to work in flexi-timings [availability till 10:30 AM US Central Time]**
+ Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines.
+ Familiarity with enterprise PSA tools/resource automation systems and software (preferably Workday and Salesforce)
+ Familiarity with Service Now (How to assign / re-assign / add comment / send email) will be good to have.
