Job DetailsShort- and long-term planning of resources and ensuring that inflow needs are aligned. In addition, the coordinator of the onboarding and training of new people. Also responsible for the hours, administration, settlement and reporting.
Scheduling staff in the warehouse on a daily basis given the work offer, the capacities and availability of staff and input from direct supervisors.
Anticipating forecast of work supply, holidays, etc. and the intermediary in daily communication with the employment agencies.
Aligning the schedule vs budget with the operations manager
Showing around and co-selecting new people.
Responsible for onboarding new people. Coordinates training and skills matrices and coordinates evaluation moments.
Managing the overview of capacities, in order to have an overview of who can be deployed where at all times.
Manage time registration system and ensure conclusive administration for payroll processing.
Keeping track of holidays and days off, advising management on whether or not to grant days off.
Provides an overview of staffing, skills matrix and training (GDP, Reachtruck, etc)
Maintain contact with employment agencies.
Further related activities such as providing management with performance reports.
