Resource Service Coordinator

Summary:
Coordinate technicians, schedule service calls, and ensure timely completion of appointments for HVAC and temperature control systems.

Job Requirements:

One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred. Strong computer skills. Ability to multi-task effectively.

Preferred Skills:

HVAC knowledge is a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate service resources and assign technicians to projects. Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project requirements. Input project locations into the system and generate work order documents. Dispatch technicians and notify customers of service schedules. Ensure timely completion of appointments and proper follow-up. Interact and communicate with Project Managers and Area Service Managers to assign and dispatch technicians. Manage customer interactions and satisfaction throughout the service process.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
