Resource Service Coordinator

Summary:
Responsible for coordinating technicians on service calls, scheduling appointments, ensuring timely completion and follow-up, and managing administrative tasks related to service operations.

Education/Experience:

One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three (3) plus years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls preferred

Job Requirements:

Strong computer skills Experience coordinating technicians and scheduling appointments Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure service appointments are completed and followed up on HVAC knowledge is a plus Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate service resources and assign team members to projects Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability Input project locations into the system and generate work order documents Dispatch technicians and notify customers of service details Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing them to the appropriate staff Communicate with Project Managers and Area Service Managers to assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians Coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed Review project paperwork, complete service calls, and forward documentation to Project Administrators Log service start-up and service work requirements in the job tracking system Generate, interpret, and print various assigned reports Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
