Location : Guildford, Hybrid

You will be required to work from the Guildford office 2 days per week

What you’ll be doing

 

Resource Management – work with Project Managers and Team Leads to understand how many people we need, with what skill, in what location Ensure everyone is productive – focus on the right roles for our staff and ensure the right level of utilisation is maintained, arrange for people to rotate projects and product teams and manage our bench Support recruitment – ensure requirements are clear and the right people are involved in the process On-boarding of new staff – help make International Government a great place to work right from the start Reporting – understand our people utilisation and be able to communicate and forecast our business performance Building a sense of community – help bring the area together through open communication and other events

 

Your skills and experiences

 

Great time management and prioritisation skills – You are at the hub of activity and will need to cope with many conflicting demands on your time from senior stakeholders Good problem solving and facilitation skills, and a particular strength in stakeholder management Good business awareness – you will be expected to understand business priorities and support business decision-making Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of resource management and planning would be beneficial to help you hit the ground running Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, in particular Excel.

 

The role would suit anyone looking to gain a better understanding of business management, and would be ideal for someone who is just starting out in their career having recently graduated from university or alternatively is able to demonstrate suitable relevant experience and enthusiasm.

We embrace hybrid working and therefore the role will be a split of Work from home and working from our Guildford office 2 days per week.
