Respiratory Practitioner Supervisor

Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff. + Create work schedules, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. + Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations. Provide input for hiring and termination procedures. + Coordinate patient care with other members of the team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes. + Ensure that adequate supply levels are maintained and makes changes to supply as needed. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
