What you will work: .9 FTE = 72 Hours every 2 weeks  Night shift with every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays  What you will do: Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients Assesses the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan Identifies and addresses the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings Provide support to the Neonatal Transport Team  What you will get: An engaged team with a welcoming environment that is supportive of new and current staff A well thought out training partnership A top rated retirement plan and healthcare benefits and much more! A $10,000 sign on bonus! $15,000 in Relocation (must have 1 year or more RT experience and meet the relocation guidelines) $375 towards Kettering Study Materials  What you need: Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within two years of hire date Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers Neonatal experience desired
