In the event that your background meets the listed requirements for this position, a recruiter will transfer your application and resume to an active open position. * It is the primary responsibility of the Registered Respiratory Therapist to administer all forms of Respiratory Care to patients in accordance with physician orders and most recent clinical standards. Such care will include oxygen therapy, administration of therapeutic aerosols, pulmonary clearance techniques, arterial blood gas draws with interpretation, basic spirometry, mechanical ventilation, emergency life support procedures and airway maintenance. the therapist will also be expected to function as a work group leader and a team leader in the absence of the lead therapist and to work with patients, families and other health care professionals in a manner that supports institutional and departmental mission, vision and values

Position Requirements

Associates Degree in Respiratory Care and current Georgia Respiratory Care Professional Licensure. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS). RRT
