If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. **We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus, in addition to relocation** **to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.** **Responsibilities** + Performs assessment of patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs + Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol + Administers therapy modalities which include, Handheld Nebulize (HHN), HHN via metered close inhaler (HHN/MDI), Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation (IPV), Chesty Physical Therapy (CPT), and Pentamidine therapy + Administers medical gas therapy including oxygen and Helium-Oxygen Therapy (He02) + Performs ventilation therapies, including maintenance and management of life support systems + Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms + Maintains order, stock, and cleanliness of all areas in the department + Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies + Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines, policies, and procedures **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience** + Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Respiratory Therapy **Required Licensure and Certifications** + RESP-LIC:North Dakota. + American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR). + ACLS. + NRP. **Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training** + Established leadership skills + Knowledge of coaching and mentoring best practices + Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint + Ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed oriented + Ability to work with people, establish priorities, and handle workflow with frequent interruptions + Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills **Pay Range** $27.77 - $40.27 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
