Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Respiratory Therapist (Allied) for their Concord, MA location. Responsibilities: + Reporting to the Director of Cardio/Pulmonary/Neurology/Sleep Disorders, provides a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services, for in patient and out patients of all ages. + Performs respiratory care procedures in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures. + Evaluates, treats, and re-assesses patients of all ages, following physician’s order. + Functions independently and also assists Physicians and Nursing in the determination and application of therapeutic modalities. + Assists in the orientation and training of respiratory and nursing personnel. + Participates in Code Team and Rapid Response Team. + Provides patient and family education. + Participates in CQI initiatives. + Participates in departmental education activities. + Transports patients. + Assists the Director with special projects, equipment and stock inventory control. + Maintains and supports patient’s rights to care, privacy and respect. + Other duties as assigned from time to time.
