Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Respiratory Therapist where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. This includes the following: * In collaboration with other caregivers, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates action for respiratory care. * Performs all technical, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care. * Performs other core responsibilities to maintain the flow of patient care. * May provide additional patient care within their scope of practice as permitted by licensure, certificate or training. * Utilizes computer systems in performing position duties. * Adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. * Participates in quality control, preventative maintenance and performance improvement activities. *** Previous Scripps employees who would like to move into a seasonal position will have to have left the organization for a frame of one (1) year prior to onboarding as a seasonal employee.
