Overview Eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus! *Certified and Registered Respiratory Therapists are encouraged to apply. Pay scales will differ dependent on CRT or RRT status Expected pay: CRT starting at $26.46 - $31.13 RRT starting at $30.58 - $35.98 Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This position also includes an night shift differential of $4.00/hr and a weekend differential of $3.25/hr. OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits. POSITION SUMMARY: A Respiratory Therapist completes clinical actions necessary for accomplishing a plan of care within the Respiratory field as ordered by a physician that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
