**Responsibilities**
The Respiratory Therapy Equipment Tech is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing respiratory therapy equipment to ensure its safe and effective use in patient care. This role includes cleaning, testing, calibrating, and inspecting respiratory devices such as ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and nebulizers. The technician collaborates with respiratory therapists and other healthcare staff to support patient care needs, while also ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Additionally, they assist in the inventory management of equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and readiness for use.
+ Works independently in the cleaning and assemling of all equipment and insures function for patient use
+ Stocks equipment and maintains appropriate par level
+ Delivers all medical gases eciently and accurately
+ Organizes and maintains order in cleaning & storage areas
+ Identies all equipment requiring preventative maintenance and notied biomed
+ Regularly assesses supply needs and maintains needed inventory
+ Follows safety practices in the delivery of medical gases & and maintains storage areas that are in compliance with regulations

+ High School Diploma/GED or Official Transcripts
**Pay Range**
$18.00 - $19.94 /hour
