Respiratory Care Practitioner
Status/FTE: FT / 0.8-1.0 FTE
Shift length: 12 hours
Start Time: 0700
Unit: Outpatient Extended Stay
Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): Variable holidays and weekends.
Unit specific additional qualifications:
RRT, NPS, ACLS, PALS, BLSA respiratory therapist that provides diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in all areas of the hospital, including the emergency department, adult critical care units, pediatrics, neonatal and med-surgical floors.
Minimum Required:
Associate degree or higher from an approved and accredited program of Respiratory Care, RRT registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care, and a current Montana state respiratory therapy license.American Heart Association BLS, PALS, and NRP within the first 6 months of hire.Must be computer literate with experience using EMR.Preferred / Desired:
Neonatal and pediatric experience preferred.2+ years’ experience with all ages, EEG, and PFT knowledge.NPS, ACCS and Bachelors degree.On Call / Weekend Requirements: Variable. One holiday per year and some weekends.
